Open Enrollment is your once-a-year opportunity to make changes to your Harrison Electrical Workers Trust Fund benefit elections for the upcoming year, including adding or removing dependents for any reason.

Important Changes Effective January 1, 2027

• Medical Plan Options: Two medical plan options will be available.
• Providence Health Plan: The Providence Health Plan will be discontinued. Participants currently enrolled in Providence will automatically be transferred to the Trust Self-Funded Plan.
• Prescription Drug Benefits: Prescription drug coverage under the Trust Self-Funded Plan will be provided through Optum. See information here: https://welcome.optumrx.com/bldr/pharmacy-locator
• Massage Therapy: Improved massage therapy benefits will be available under the Trust Self-Funded Plan.
• Premium Increases: Trust premiums will increase for 2027.
• Employee Assistance Program (EAP): The program name will change from Canopy to Revive.
• Vision and Dental Benefits: There will be no changes to vision or dental benefits for 2027.

Reminder: Open Enrollment runs from November 1 through November 30, 2026. Be sure to review your benefit options and make any necessary changes before the deadline.
