The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a FREE and CONFIDENTIAL benefit that can assist you and your eligible family members with any personal problems, large or small.
We offer a choice of three different plans. The Harrison Trust Self-Funded Plan, Kaiser Permanente HMO, and Providence. Benefits are 100% paid for by the employer for you and your immediate family. All these plans offer Dental and Vison insurance. These union sponsored plans will stay with you if you change employers. 
CASCADE PENSION TRUST FUND The Cascade Pension Trust was established on July 1, 1975, to provide retirement, death and disability retirement benefits for members of International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local Unions 280, 659 and 932 and their families. This Booklet summarized the most important features of the Trust.

NEBF has a (5) year vesting period and pays $32.00 per year of service (based on hours worked).  If you were to work at least 300 hours per year and were a member for 30 years, you would be collecting $960.00 per month when you retired.
The International Pension pays $4.50 per month for each full year of continuous membership.  This only applies to "A" members.  The following information is based on continuous good standing with NO break in service.  Continuous good standing is defined as not being dropped from membership or taking an Honorary Withdrawal Card.
